Byrna Max Projectiles are self-defense rounds for Byrna non-lethal launchers.
 
These projectiles contain a powerful blend of Oleoresin Capsicum and Tear Gas (OC & CS). Upon impact the projectile bursts, releasing a cloud of irritant into the air which effects an attacker. Physical effects can include burning in the throat, burning of the eyes, burning of the lungs, dry cough and shortness of breath.
